{alpha}-Synuclein-induced Aggregation of Cytoplasmic Vesicles in Saccharomyces cerevisiae

The authors of "{alpha}-Synuclein-induced Aggregation of Cytoplasmic Vesicles in Saccharomyces cerevisiae" (Mol. Biol. Cell 2008 19, 1093–1103; published online before print as 10.1091/mbc.E07-08-0827) would like to make a correction to their article. In the first line of the legend to Figure 5, the word "Golgi" was incorrectly used instead of "endosomes." The complete corrected legend is shown below. The HTML and PDF versions of the article have been corrected.

  		Figure 5. {alpha}-Syn-EGFP accumulations do not disrupt organization of the ER, vacuole, or endosomes. (A) Presence of {alpha}-syn-EGFP accumulations does not disrupt localization of the ER marker Sec63p. Sec63p was C-terminally tagged with monomeric RFP. Expression of EGFP or {alpha}-syn-EGFP shows similar localization of the ER marker. (B) Presence of {alpha}-syn-EGFP accumulations does not disrupt localization of the vacuole membrane marker Vma4p, which was C-terminally tagged with monomeric RFP. (C) Presence of {alpha}-syn-EGFP accumulations does not disrupt localization of the endosomal marker, Vps17p, which was C-terminally tagged with dimeric RFP. Scale bar, 2 µm.
