  Live imaging of A549 cell expressing the Na+,K+-ATPase tagged with GFP before and after addition of dopamine. A selected area (rectangle) indicates the location where incorporation of Na+,K+-ATPase-containing vesicles with the plasma membrane occurred.

• Movie2.AVI

  Enlarged image corresponding to the area selected in Movie 1. Arrowheads indicate a selected vesicle. Disappearance of the arrowhead after addition of dopamine indicates incorporation of the vesicle within the plasma membrane.
