Supplemental Materials contain 12 quick time movies of time-lapse sequences taken at 32°C after the cells were incubated at 32°C overnight.

GFP-NUDA (Heavy chain), GFP-NUDA/∆kinA, GFP-NUDM (p150 dynactin), GFP-NUDM/∆kinA, and GFP-NUDM/∆nudF were generated from images with a bin size of 2x2. The rest of the movies were generated from images with a bin size of 1x1. All movies have been sped up 10-fold.
