A QuickTime movie showing GFP-tubulin in the same hypha as Fig. 3. Time-lapse images were taken at approximately 15-second intervals. A wave of mitosis proceeds from left to right. At the beginning three spindles are present and two nuclei are visible as voids in the GFP-tubulin fluorescence. Tubulin moves into each of the nuclei and spindles begin to form.
