• SupplementMovie1.mov (11.9 MB) - Individual exocytotic events visualized with TIRFM in a chromaffin cell expressing Vamp-GFP. The chromaffin cell transiently expressed Vamp with GFP fused to the lumenal (C-terminal) end of the protein. The 20 sec movie was taken at 10 hz with 0.025 sec exposures. DMPP (20 μM) was perfused onto the cell between 3 and 8 sec.
