• Supplemental Figure 1.pdf - Total CD59 is detergent-resistant whereas MHCI is detergent soluble. Untransfected HeLa cells were cooled on ice and incubated 3 min with PBS (control) or with PBS containing 1% TX-100 and then fixed. Total CD59 and MHCI were assessed with FITC-anti-CD59 and Cy3-anti-MHCI antibodies in the presence of saponin.
