  Nine months old wild type (Video 1) and homozygous (Videos 2-3) animals were subjected to echocardiography analysis. In contrast to wild type (Video 1) homozygous hearts showed functional abnormalities. The heart in video 2 showed a reduced enddiastolic volume of the left ventricle, ventricular wall meeting each other in systole. The heart in video 3, displaying the round shape detected in several adult animals, exhibited hypokinesis of all mural areas and increased enddiastolic volume.
