Fluorescence images of EGFP-α catenin transfected α SMA-negative SCF (5d TGFβ sRII) were recorded for 212 min at one frame/min (frame width: 80 μm) and presented in inverted grey values; anti N-cadherin was added after 105 min control recording. Note significant weakening of AJs after ~90 min anti-N cadherin treatment.

Fluorescence images of EGFP-α catenin transfected α SMA-positive SCF (5d TGFβ) were recorded for 141 min at one frame/min (frame width: 80 μm) and presented in inverted grey values; anti OB cadherin was added after 38 min control recording. Note significant weakening of AJs and separation of adjacent cells after ~90 min anti-OB cadherin treatment.
