Supplementary Time lapse Videos 1-4. Time-lapse microscopy of wild-type (Videos 1,3) and lsk1Δ cells (Videos 2, 4) carrying an integrated copy of CHD-GFP (see Materials and Methods). Cells were treated with DMSO (Videos 1,2) or 0.3 μM LatA (Videos 3,4) for 30 minutes before being imaged at 0.5 second intervals. Duration of videos range from 45 to 90s.
