• YNB560Z-Stack.mov (3.14 MB) - YNB560Z-Stack.MOV shows Wild type cells expressing HIV-1 Vpr:CFP. YNB562Z-Stack.MOV shows nup124 null mutant cells expressing HIV-1 Vpr:CFP.
  Cells were treated for immunofluorescence as described above. Images were acquired through a 100X objective lens using a Zeiss LSM 510 confocal microscope. MAb414 staining is depicted in red and anti-GFP (against CFP) in green. Since MAb414 stains the nuclear envelope, sections above and below MAb414 (red) staining were used to fix the upper and lower limits of the Z-series respectively. Cells were imaged in Z-section (0.1um) and deconvolved. Movies show entire Z-series from 0.1-0.2um below the nucleus to an equivalent distance above the nucleus displayed as Quicktime movies.
