Supplemental Movies

Movies S1, S2 and S3 The movies show formation of filopodia in BAC 1.2F5 clones expressing reduced (movie S1 of clone AS (0.3x)), normal (movie S2 of clone V (1x)) and increased (movie S3 of clone OE (27x)) levels of MAYP. Images in all movies were acquired at 40x magnification every 60 seconds and the collection time was approximately 1h for each clone.
