The relative mtDNA copy number (plotted on the ordinate) of a pif1 null (pif1??), rrm3 null (rrm3??) and the corresponding double-mutant (pif1?? rrm3??) strain is shown compared to that of the isogenic wild-type (wt) strain DBY2006.
