  Confluent MCF-7 monolayers were treated with ML-7 (10 μ??) or vehicle for 90 min, then fixed and stained for Myosin 2A. Myosin staining is apparent at cell-cell contacts in control cells but significantly less evident in cells treated with ML-7.
