  PC12 cells stably expressing FLAG-tagged TrkA or TrkB receptors were incubated at 37°C for 15 min with either Alexa-488 anti-FLAG antibodies (2 μg/ml) or 50 ng/ml ligand (NGF for TrkA, BDNF for TrkB). Activation of TrkA was assessed by immunoprecipitation and immunoblot analysis using PY99 anti-phosphotyrosine antibody.
