• Figure 1 - Sp1 and HDAC4 protein levels at different times of zebrafish Embryogenesis

  Parallel groups of fertilized zebrafish embryos were grown under identical conditions, and harvested at the indicated times after fertilization. Embryos were pelleted, lysed, and sonicated in Laemmli buffer, followed by separation via SDS-PAGE, transferred to nitrocellulose, and probed for Sp1, HDAC4, or alpha-tubulin (as loading control).
