• Supplemental Figure 1 - Quantitative analysis by real-time PCR of SRO77 expression in wild type cells and sro7Δ mutants. Cells cultured to mid exponential phase in YP medium were transferred to the same medium with and without 0.6M NaCl, and duplicate samples were taken for mRNA analysis at the indicated time points. The expression level of the SRO77 transcripts was normalized with respect to that of reference IPP1 transcript in the same sample. The indicated values are the mean ± S.E.
