This article contains the following supporting material:

• Movie 1 - Movie showing movement of IFT20 in live LLC-PK1 cells expressing IFT20-GFP. 34, 0.2 sec images taken at 0.75 sec intervals were assembled into a movie and played back at ~4.5X speed.

• Movie 2 - Movie showing movement of IFT20 in live IMCD3 cells expressing IFT20-GFP. 40, 5 image Z-stacks were acquired every 150 ms. The images were deconvolved, reduced to a single plane by summing and converted to a movie that is played back at approximately normal speed.
