• Figure 1 - Time course of TetO₇ strains grown in the presence of doxycycline. The indicated strains, one from each of the major flow cytometry categories (FRS1 for 1C, SLD5 for S phase, CDC27 for 2C, and PHS1 for 3C/4C), were grown in the presence of doxycycline for the indicated times and DNA contents were analysed by flow cytometry. The histogram at the time point for each where a change in the flow cytometry profile was first evident is shown in red.

• Figure 2 - TetO₇ strains with altered cell cycle profiles but normal growth rates. Two flow cytometry histograms are shown for each cell cycle category. The genes in each category are indicated, with the genes for the histograms shown in bold.
