• Movie 1 - LDL internalization in living cells with diminished levels of ARH and Dab2. HeLa SS6 cells either mock transfected (left), transfected with ARH and Dab2 siRNAs (right) were incubated with 25 μg/mL Tfn488 (green) and 4 μg/mL DiI-LDL (red) at 34°C and imaged 30 minutes post-addition at 4 s/frame (control) or 31 minutes post-addition at 5 s/frame (RNAi) on an Olympus Fluoview 1000 confocal microscope and played back at 5 frames/s.

• Movie 2 - Endosomal dynamics of LDL contrasts with surface YFP-Dab2 structures. HeLa cells were transfected with YFP-Dab2 (middle panel, green in merge), grown overnight in DMEM containing LPDS and then incubated with 4 μg/mL DiI-LDL (top panel, red in merge) 21 min prior to imaging. Images were acquired at 3.4 frames/s on an Olympus Fluoview 1000 confocal microscope and played back at 5 frames/s. This sequence is also shown in selected stills and a kymograph in Figure 9E and F.
