• Figure S1 - Arf1ΔN17p behaves like Arf1ΔN17p-Q71L in the binding assay. SNARE-GST fusion proteins were immobilized on glutathione agarose and incubated with Glo3p where indicated. Arf1ΔN17p binding was determined as described in Fig. 1 Arf1ΔN17p is recruited to the SNAREs in the same manner than Arf1ΔN17p-Q71L.
• Figure S2 - ArfGAPs do not promote oligomerization of SNARE-GST fusion proteins. SNARE-GST fusion proteins and GST were incubated with Gcs1p and were compared to untreated samples by blue native gel electrophoresis. The immunoblot was developed with antibodies against GST.
